TROTWOOD — UPDATE @6:20 a.m.
Two adults and a baby were forced to evacuate after a house fire in Trotwood Tuesday morning.

Trotwood firefighters responded around 4:35 a.m. to the 7900 block of W. Third Street reports of a house fire, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch.

Photos from the scene showed Trotwood firefighters and a Dayton fire truck at the scene.
A mother, father, and baby were inside the house at the time of the fire but got out. Medics checked them at the scene, and they were okay, firefighters told News Center 7 at the scene.
They said firefighters had to adapt to the snow and cold temperatures..
The fire is out, and crews are clearing the scene.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
