News Center 7′s Dontre Drexelius spoke with Executive Chef Elizabeth Valenti at Wheat Penny, and she told him they expected a lot of customers this weekend due to the holiday weekend and the Super Bowl.

Last year they had more carry-out orders due to COVID-19, however this year, Valenti said it’s quite the opposite. Over the weekend, walk-in orders and reservations outnumbered carry-out orders.
