Vandalia woman killed in Butler Twp. crash; Man seriously injured

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — A Vandalia woman is dead and a man is seriously injured after a crash in Butler Twp. Saturday evening.

Glenda Hall, 59, was identified by Butler Twp. Police late Monday morning as the woman killed in the crash.

Around 8 p.m. Butler Twp. officers were called to Frederick Pike and Old Springfield Road to a crash involving two motorcycles and a car.

Hall was the passenger on the motorcycle involved. She and the male driver were ejected from the motorcycle during the crash.

Both Hall and the man were transported to Miami Valley Hospital. Hall was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital, according to Butler Twp. Police Chief John Porter.

The man remains hospitalized with serious injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Miami Valley North Hospital for minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
