DAYTON — A person is hospitalized after a vehicle crashed into and damaged a house early Thursday morning.

Officers and medics were dispatched around 1:50 a.m. to the 4800 block of Sylvan Drive, Montgomery County Regional Dispatch confirmed to NewsCenter 7.
Medics transported one person to Miami Valley Hospital with unknown injuries.
Images from the scene show a hole in the right side of the house from the living room side.
Our news crews saw a wrecker tow away a car from the scene. It is not confirmed that was the vehicle involved in the crash.
We are working to learn what led to the crash, if anyone has been displaced from the home and the condition of the person injured.

Dayton Police and medics were dispatched around 1:52 a.m. to the 4800 block of Sylvan Drive on initial reports of a crash into a house, Montgomery Regional Dispatch told NewsCenter 7.
A vehicle reportedly crashed into the living room, according to initial scanner traffic.
AES Ohio and CenterPoint Energy have been called to the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
