CLAYTON — Firefighters and emergency crews are searching the area around a Clayton business after a vehicle was found in a creek near it Monday morning, according to initial reports from fire crews on the scene.
The crash was reported in the 7600 block of North Main Street around 7:30 a.m.

Firefighters searched the car and didn’t find anyone inside.
The engine of the vehicle was cold to the touch, indicating it may have been there for some time.
Emergency crews were blocking a portion of North Main while they investigated the crash.
