HUBER HEIGHTS — A vehicle Huber Heights police said was stolen sped off as officers tried to catch up to it and caused a crash at the intersection of Wagner Ford and Needmore roads Friday morning.
Officers spotted the vehicle around 11 a.m. and it drove off south on Rip Road Road before causing the crash at the intersection. A man in the crash at the intersection suffered minor injuries, said Huber Heights Sgt. Brian Carr.

A short time later, law enforcement spotted the vehicle crashed in the area of the 2500 block of Wagner Ford and were able to take three people into custody, Carr said.
The names of anyone taken into custody were not immediately available.
