VIDEO: Kings Island sends plush Bob Ross dolls on test run of new roller coaster

MASON — Ahead of Kings Island’s opening later this month, the park sent a few special guests on a ride of their new giga coaster.

A train load of plush Bob Ross dolls were loaded onto the new Orion giga coaster this week for a test run of the new roller coaster. The park released video of the ride with the dolls reaching speeds up to 91 mph on the coaster.

The roller coaster opened last year and is the park’s tallest and fastest roller coaster.

The dolls will be available as prizes at select games in the park, a Kings Island spokesperson said.
