Thin blue line painted on street leaves Wapakoneta police ‘speechless and humbled’

WAPAKONETA — Wapakoneta police said they were left “speechless and humbled” when they saw a blue line recently painted between the yellow center lines in downtown Wapakoneta over the Labor Day weekend.

It was the project of the Wapakoneta Breakfast Optimism Club, president Fred Miller said.

The thin blue line pays homage to law enforcement enforcement and keeping peace across the nation.
