On Thursday, Stroll entered a guilty plea to a charge of making interstate threats, which is a felony. The charge was connected to his communication online related to his participation in the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.
According to court documents, Stoll used the username “Th3RealHuckleberry” on the app Clapper and on YouTube to post videos related to his participation in the Capitol protests.
Videos Stoll filmed at the Capitol showed that he proceeded past police barricades which had been torn down by other rioters. In the videos, Stoll yelled profanities at U.S. Capitol Police.
