MIAMI VALLEY — A Wind Advisory has been issued for Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Logan, Mercer, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Warren counties until 11:00 p.m.

A powerful area of low pressure passes through the area, bringing widespread rain early Sunday, Storm Center 7′s Chief Meteorologist Austin Chaney said.

Showers and a few thunderstorms may redevelop in the afternoon.
Strong gusty winds will be possible with any thunderstorms.
While the Miami Valley is not included in the Storm Prediction Center’s marginal risk for severe, there could be isolated storms, according to Chaney.
