CALIFORNIA — A winning ticket was sold for the $1.22 billion Mega Millions jackpot.

In Friday night’s drawing, one lucky person in California won the $1.22 billion jackpot with all five winning numbers and the Mega Ball.

The winning numbers were 3, 7, 37, 49, and 55. The Mega Ball was 6.
According to Mega Millions, the jackpot was estimated to be $1.22 billion with a cash option of $549.7 million.
In Ohio, four people won $10,000 with four of five numbers and the Mega Ball, according to the Ohio Lottery.
One of those four won $30,000 with the Megaplier of 3x.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be on Tuesday, Dec 31 with an estimated jackpot of $20 million.
