DAYTON — With God’s Grace spent Sunday giving back to children in need ahead of the holidays.
The mobile food pantry transformed into a winter wonderland to hand out toys to children in the community as part of their annual toy giveaway.

Santa was in attendance to help give gifts to hundreds of children.
Nicole Adkins, executive director of With God’s Grace, told News Center 7 about one of the goals of the event.

“This is one way to be able to ease that stress on a parent and let them know that the community is here to support you and love you, and to make sure than we don’t take the joy away from Christmas,” Adkins said.
The toys given out at Sunday’s giveaway were previously collected from toy drives held throughout the Miami Valley.
