MADISON TOWNSHIP — A person was flown to the hospital after they were involved in a crash in Butler County late Saturday night.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office and Madison Township Fire and EMS were dispatched to the 7400 block of Franklin Madison Road at 11:18 p.m. on reports of a crash, dispatchers for the sheriff’s office said.
The crash appeared to only involve a single vehicle; however, dispatchers were unable to confirm the information because the investigation was still ongoing.
According to initial reports, a woman was thrown from the vehicle during the crash, which required immediate medical attention.
As a result, a CareFlight medical helicopter was called to the scene. It is currently unknown which hospital the victim was transported to. The severity of her condition is also unknown.
The Butler County Sheriff’s Office investigated the cause of the crash.
