CINCINNATI — An Ohio woman was hospitalized after she was struck by a train on Saturday afternoon.

Around noon on Saturday a woman near the train tracks on Rosewood St and W 64th Street in Cincinnati was hit by a train, our news partners WCPO-9 TV reported.

She reportedly lost her balance and fell in the path of an oncoming train, according to Sgt. Anderson of the Cincinnati Police Department.
The train driver slowed when he saw her, and she was clipped by the train.
The woman was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
