Paige Millikan, 34, of Dayton, Indiana, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence and obstructing justice.

Millikan was inside an Arnold Place apartment building on April 11 while SWAT and police were in a standoff with Andrew Alcorn, who has been named as a person of interest in an Indiana homicide.

Police have said they do not believe Millikan is connected to the homicide.

Millikan will be arraigned Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Alcorn shot himself in the head, ending the nine-hour standoff. Alcorn remains at Miami Valley Hospital.
