A West Carrollton woman arrested last week when she attacked a public defender and threatened a magistrate at a Dayton courthouse is now charged in that incident.
Kallen Nicole Wood, 28, was indicted Friday on two counts of retaliation, one count of intimidation and a misdemeanor assault charge, court records show.

She was in Dayton Municipal Court last week for a misdemeanor domestic violence and assault case from a January incident.
Wood is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
