Rue Chawla, the owner of the store, says the customer bought a $30 Fastest Road to a Million ticket. She also reports the customer scratched it off in the store and was beyond surprised when he discovered the amount he won. Chawla says he just wanted to keep it quiet and get on his way as soon as possible.

The Ohio Lottery Commission cannot confirm the win just yet because the winner has not come forward.

By law, the owner of a winning ticket has 180 days from the game closing to claim any prizes.
