Bond set for Dayton man indicted on voyeurism , pandering obscenity charges

A Dayton man accused of filming himself having sex with a female juvenile without her consent and posting it on a porn website was arraigned Tuesday morning.

A judge set Albert D. Black II’s bond at $25,0000.

He is facing pandering obscenity involving a minor and voyeurism charges.

INITIAL STORY:

A 19-year-old Dayton man is facing child pornography and voyeurism charges.

Albert D. Black II is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. He was indictment Friday on two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of voyeurism.

He has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since his June 18 arrest.
