SPRINGFIELD — Springfield police are seeking the public’s help to find a missing 74-year-old man with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
Jack W. Dietsch, 74, of Springfield, was last seen Monday, according to a press release.
He reportedly left for a doctor’s appointment at 1:30 p.m. and never made it.
Dietsch was driving a 2018 gray Chevrolet Cruze with Ohio license plate HKS9565, according to the release.
He reportedly has Parkinson’s disease and has early symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease. Dietsch did not have any of his medication on him at the time of his disappearance, according to the release.
Dietsch stands 5 feet, 10 inches, weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.
