COLUMBUS — Ohio State football defensive tackle Haskell Garrett was found with a gunshot wound after a shooting occurred early Sunday morning.

Our sister station, 10 WBNS, reported officers responded to a possible shooting that happened on the 400 block of Chittenden Ave. in Columbus.
Police found a trail of blood and shell casing on the street leading to an apartment on East 11th Ave.

This is where officers found Garrett with a gunshot wound.
He was transported to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where he is expected to recover.
