DAYTON, Ohio — A few of the performers for the CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show are starting to fly into Dayton International Airport.
The air show is back after a one-year absence due to COVID-19. Now, organizers are hoping the weather will cooperate for the big weekend.

The first performers have been making their way to the airport, while the Thunderbirds are expected to arrive on Thursday. The Thunderbirds have two different shows they can do – a high show that is used when skies are more clear and a low show when the cloud deck is lower.
The other acts also have the ability to make some adjustments depending on weather conditions.
The CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show will take place this weekend at Dayton International Airport and organizers are excited to have thousands of spectators on hand to see the high-flying acts.
