Some residents asked to exchange ballots in Clark County after printing error

CLARK COUNTY — Some ballots mailed out in Clark County are smudged, and those that have received one are being asked to turn in their smudged ballots for a new one.

“On what appears to be a small number of ballots, the ink did not set and is smudged and will rub off in some areas of the ballot,” according to the Clark County Board of Elections in a Facebook post.

Anyone who received a smudged ballot is asked to call (937) 521-2120 immediately for a new ballot. Residents can also exchange their ballots at the early voting center at Turner Studio Theatre, 300 S. Fountain, according to the Clark County BOE.
