Warren County critical missing adult found safe

UPDATE @ 5:45 p.m.:

Phillips has been found safe, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

FIRST REPORT:

The sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help to locate a critical missing adult.

Mark Phillips, 68, left his home at 7:20 p.m. Monday in the village of South Lebanon.

He had been complaining of chest pains and reportedly was driving himself to the hospital in a 1999 Buick LeSabre with Ohio registration FHT 7611.

Phillips stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 250 pounds. He is insulin dependent and reportedly has not had his medication for the last three weeks.
