Endangered Missing Adult Alert issued for Warren County woman

WARREN COUNTY — A Missing Adult Alert has been issued statewide by the Lebanon Police Department for a 74-year-old Warren County woman.

Patricia Whitaker was last seen Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. walking away at Bob Evans on Stubbs Mill Road in Lebanon and never returned.

She suffers from memory loss and law enforcement is concerned for her safety, a spokesperson for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office said.

Whitaker is a white female, five foot two inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt and jeans.
