MASON — Kings Island has announced they will be setting up a new restaurant and welcoming a new Executive Chef to the park this season.
Earlier this week the park announced the addition of a new restaurant called the Grain & Gill, according to a repressive of Kings Island.
It’s described as a fast-casual dining location that will feature Eastern European and Mediterranean flavors. They will offer grilled and rotisserie meats like Moroccan Chicken, Glazed Pork Shoulder, Shrimp Skewers, and seasonal sides.

In addition to the new restaurant, the park is welcoming Joseph Perez as their new Executive Chef. He used to be the Executive Chef at Ameristar Casino and Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri.
“I’m excited to join the talented Food and Beverage team here at Kings Island and looking forward to helping the park continue to grow its menu options with fresh, locally sourced items,” Perez said. “I want families and friends visiting the park to be able to gather together around a table, have an excellent dining experience, and make lasting Kings Island memories.”
