The National Weather Service will be conducting a storm damage survey in Highland County on Saturday.

Based on video evidence and radar data, the National Weather Service confirmed a tornado occurred in northwestern Highland County between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, according to a spokesperson Friday night.
Storm Center Meteorologist Robert Gauthreaux says the National Weather Service will go to Pricetown and Lynchburg on Saturday to survey storm damage.
Highland County was under Tornado Warning until about 6 p.m. Friday as well as Clinton County.
Video e-mailed to News Center 7 shows a possible tornado on the ground in Highland County.
The NWS said the storm was in the northwest portion of the county, according to our news partner WCPO in Cincinnati.
Thousands of people were without power Friday and high winds toppled trees over and ripped roofing off of houses.
