This will be available to U.S. citizens between the ages of 21 and 64 who already have a four-year driver’s license or ID card, DeWine said Thursday.
In addition, online services that allow Ohioans to transfer a vehicle title online when dealing with a person-to-person sale through the Ohio Title Portal start on July 11, the governor announced Thursday.
