Time Warner Cable is hiring 45 customer service representatives for open positions in Kettering, the company said Tuesday.
A job fair will happen 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at 3691 Turner Road, Dayton, Time Warner said.
There, candidates will have a chance to meet with company officials and learn about hours, pay and training. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted.
“Customer service representatives will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment,” Time Warner said in a statement. “Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service, proven sales, and effective computer/communication skills.z’
