Craving some Irish fare, green food or cheap eats this St. Patrick’s Day? You’re in luck: Many restaurant chains are offering specials to celebrate the holiday, which falls on Thursday.
Note: Please be aware that some locations may not be participating in the following promotions. Call ahead to ensure your nearest store is offering the deal.
Chili’s is giving its Margarita of the Month an Irish twist. Through March 31, participating locations are offering the Lucky Jameson – a margarita made with Jameson Irish whiskey, Lunazul blanco tequila, triple sec and fresh sour – for $5.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with some green treats. Through Thursday, participating Krispy Kreme locations are selling holiday-themed specialty doughnuts, such as the Lenny Leprechaun, Luck O’ the Rainbow, St. Patrick’s Shamrock and St. Patrick’s Sprinkle. In addition, customers who pre-order on Monday and Tuesday can score green Original Glazed doughnuts on Wednesday and Thursday. The chain also is offering free delivery on orders through Thursday.

On Thursday, participating locations of the steak and seafood chain are serving up traditional Irish dishes for $6 each. Offerings on the St. Patrick’s Day bar menu include Guinness Fish and Chips, Guinness Mussels, Corned Beef Sliders and Corned Beef and Cabbage. Customers also can celebrate with Guinness blends and Irish-themed mixed drinks.
If you’d rather have a festive drink without the alcohol, participating McDonald’s restaurants are selling their seasonal mint-vanilla Shamrock Shake and Oreo Shamrock McFlurry.
Participating locations of the steakhouse chain are offering happy hour specials in honor of the holiday, including the $6 Lil’ Corned Beef Slider and the $9 Leprechaun Stiletto cocktail.
