DETAILED FORECAST

Clouds will decrease into the evening and overnight, but it will still be humid and mild with temperatures falling through the 70s, then down into the upper 60s, StormCenter 7 Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

“Due to lighter winds and clearing skies, the chance for some spotty fog exists,” said Vrydaghs, who added more clouds will arrive toward morning.

A flood warning issued by the National Weather Service was canceled for Greene and Warren counties.

EXTENDED FORECAST

Monday: A mixture of sun and clouds is expected and it will be very warm and humid with highs into the upper 80s. However, with the humidity it will feel like the lower 90s. There is a slight chance for a few isolated showers or thundershowers. Most of the day will remain dry and breezy at times.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy and breezy with highs in the middle 80s. Some showers and storms are expected, especially across the south along the cold front. These storms could be strong to severe.

Wednesday: It will me mostly sunny, warm and humid with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm, mainly south and west. Highs will reach the lower 80s.

Thursday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected with highs in the lower to middle 80s.

Friday: There is a chance of a few showers or storm early. Clouds give way to sunshine later in the day. Highs will be around 80 degrees.
