CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon has reportedly been “ruled out” of Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans due to a concussion, according to the team’s injury report.

He suffered the injury in last Sunday’s win at the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bengals coach Zac Taylor confirmed Mixon would not play Sunday at Tennessee, our news partner WCPO in Cincinnati reports.

Running back Semaje Perine is expected to take his place.

He scored three touchdowns against the Steelers.

Mixon leads the team with 506 yards rushing and has caught 41 passes for 314 yards. He’s also scored eight touchdowns, six rushing and two receiving.

Wide receive Ja’Marr Chase is also listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. He’s been sidelined since the end of October due to a hip injury, WCPO reports.

The Bengals play the Tennessee Titans Sunday afternoon in Nashville, Tennessee in a rematch of January’s AFC Divisional Playoff game where Cincinnati won, 19-16.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. You can watch the game on Channel 7.
