DAYTON — The Pioneer Football League named its all league teams and five members of the Dayton Flyer football team earned first team honors. Junior running back Jake Chisholm was named both a First Team All-PFL running back and First Team all-purpose. He led the PFL in rushing (103.3 yards per game), 11.0 points per game) and all-purpose yards (163.9 yards per game).

Senior safety Brandon Easterling earned his second First Team All-PFL honor. He led the league in tackles (6.1 per game), tied for first in forced fumbles (two) and third in tackles per game (9.3). Two other Flyers were named first teamers linebacker, Zach Rumpke and Grant Dyer.

Three Dayton Flyers were named to the Second Team. This includes quarterback Jack Cook, placekicker Sam Webster and linebacker Ben Schmiesing. Five more earned honorable mention selections: wide receiver Sam Bubonics, defensive tackle Kyle Finnick, long snapper Owen Smith and offensive tackles Brian Stevens and David Tkatch.
Dayton went 6-4 in 2021, including 5-3 in the PFL.
