High school football regional semifinal matchups set for many local schools

COLUMBUS — The Ohio High School Athletic Association released the football regional semifinal playoff pairings Sunday.

The games will be played at neutral sites on both Friday and Saturday nights.

The regional finals are set for November 18-19 and the state semifinals are November 25-26 at neutral locations. The state finals will be in Canton on December 1-3.

The designated home team is listed first and the higher seed.

Several local area high schools will be action both Friday and Saturday nights.

Friday’s games and times are listed below.

Division I Region 2

• Springfield vs Centerville (Northmont High School), 7 p.m.

Division III Region 12

• Badin vs Wapakoneta (Trotwood Madison High School), 7 p.m.
• Western Brown vs Tippecanoe (Bellbrook High School), 7 p.m.

Division V Region 18

• Liberty Center vs Coldwater (Lima High School)

Division V Region 20

• Valley View vs Madeira (Fairfield High School), 7 p.m.
• Milton Union vs Brookville (Xenia High School), 7 p.m.

Saturday’s match-ups and game times are listed below.

Division VI Region 24

• Marion Local vs Versailles (Wapakoneta High School), 7 p.m.
• Allan East vs Tri-Village (Bellefontaine High School), 7 p.m.

Division VII Region 28

• Ansonia vs New Bremen (Greenville High School), 7 p.m.
• Fort Loramie vs Minster (Sidney High School), 7 p.m.
