Dayton Flyers guard Dwayne Cohill announced today that he will be entering the transfer portal. He missed the 2020-2021 season after a suffering a torn left ACL before the season started.

Cohill thanked Flyer fans for their support and the coaches for helping him over the years.

Cohill played two seasons for the Flyers, he averaged 3.5 points a game his freshman year.
During his sophomore year, Cohill played on Dayton’s 29-2 team in 2019-2020. His two best games that season were against Rhode Island on February 11th when he scored seven points in 20 minutes in UD’s 81-67 win. On February 18th, he scored six points, including three of four free throws to help seal a 66-61 win at VCU.
Dayton has one open scholarship remaining for next season. UD posted a 14-10 record last season, losing to Memphis in the National Invitational Tournament.
