The last Flyer to be drafted was Obi Toppin, a first-round selection by the New York Knicks in 2020.
Camara is projected to be possibly drafted in the second round of Thursday’s NBA Draft.
He played two seasons at UD after transferring from the University of Georgia.
Camara was Dayton’s second-leading scorer this past season at 13.9 points per game and led the team in rebound at 8.6 per game.
He also shot a career-best 36% from three-point range.
Camara is looking to be the second Belgian-born played drafted to the NBA behind former first-round pick, Frank Ntilikina.
