BOWLING GREEN, KY — The Wright State Raiders suffered its third straight loss Saturday night falling at Western Kentucky, 64-60, at E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Trey Calvin led the Raiders with 20 points on 10-21 shooting, 0-2 from three-point range. A.J. Braun added 13 and Amari Davis added 11. Wright State made 40% of their shots, 27-67, including 3-16 from three-point range.
The Raiders had no answer for Dayvion McKnight who led the Hilltoppers with 32 points on 13-17 shots. Western Kentucky also scored 17 points off of 14 Wright State turnovers.
The game was close throughout as WSU led, 29-27, at halftime. Braun’s layup gave the Raiders a 49-48 advantage with 7:54 remaining. But Jordan Rawls’ three-point play put WKU ahead, 51-49.
The game was tied at 53-53 when McKnight made two free throws with 5:04 to play to put Western Kentucky on top for good, 55-53.
They led, 62-57, with 26 seconds left but Davis’ three-pointer cut it to 62-60 with 17 seconds remaining. McKnight sealed the game with two free throws.
Wright State falls to 5-5 on the season.
The Raiders’ next game will be Wednesday night at Akron. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.
