Dense Fog Advisory for most of region Friday morning; Gradual clearing expected throughout day

The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for most of the region Friday morning. This includes Butler, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Warren Counties in Ohio starting at 4 a.m. until 10 a.m. this morning.

This also includes Randolph, Union, and Wayne Counties in Indiana beginning at 3 a.m. this morning and ending 10 a.m.

DETAILED FORECAST:

OVERNIGHT: The lingering low-level moisture should result in widespread fog by Friday morning, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Austin Chaney. Fog could get thick leading to school delays and a slower morning commute. Lows fall to around 60 degrees.

FRIDAY: Areas of dense fog Friday morning. Gradual clearing into the afternoon. We should end the day with sunshine. Highs in the mid to upper 70s.

SATURDAY: Morning fog, but not as widespread as Friday morning. Becoming sunny with highs in near 80.

SUNDAY: Sunny with highs in the lower 80s

MONDAY: Sunny with highs in the low 80s.

TUESDAY: Sunny again with highs in the low 80s.

WEDNESDAY: More sunshine with highs in the low 80s.

THURSDAY: Partly sunny, warm and breezy ahead of the next cold front. Showers and storms possible at night. Highs in the lower 80s.
