OVERNIGHT: Warm and muggy with temperatures in the mid-80s and partly cloudy skies, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Austin Chaney says. Overnight, thanks to the mugginess, we will be slow to cool. Lows in the mid-70s by Friday morning. We can’t rule out a shower or storm overnight, but it is unlikely that we see a repeat of last night.

FRIDAY: Heat continues. Highs around 90 with heat index values ranging from the low 90s across the northern Miami Valley to near 100 south of Dayton.

An isolated storm is possible during the day with a little better chance Friday night.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny. More seasonable on Saturday with highs in the mid-80s.

SUNDAY: A great day. Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70s. to lower 80s.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy. Highs in the lower 80s.

TUESDAY: Partly cloudy with a few showers and storms possible. Highs in the lower 80s.

WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy. Cool in the morning with lows in the mid-50s. Comfortable during the afternoon with highs in the mid-70s.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs near 80.
